ATRIUM REGULATIONS
Please read the rules in our facility,
This will allow both parties to avoid unpleasant situations and allow us to concentrate to ensure you have a comfortable and pleasant rest.
The regulations for stay at the Atrium Recreation Center are valid from January 1, 2023
I. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Regulations specify the conditions under which a reservation can be made and the conditions of stay at the Atrium Recreation Center (NIP: 5781881899, REGON: 192910010, hereinafter referred to as the "Resort"). The presented Regulations constitute an integral part of the reservation agreement. Each person who makes a reservation accepts the terms of these regulations.
II. TERMS OF RESERVATION

ATRIUM Recreation Center, hereinafter referred to as the Center, accepts reservations made:
by phone, electronically in the form of e-mail, in person, online at www.owatrium.pl -
The above reservations are preliminary reservations and do not bind the Resort in any way.

In order for contact with the Center to be considered an inquiry about booking a stay, the interested party must provide: the name and surname under which the reservation is made, the date of stay, the number of people in the room and the number of rooms, the customer's contact telephone number and the customer's e-mail address.

If the center can meet the enquirer's requirements, it will send the offer
and its conditions to the e-mail address received from him. This is tantamount to the acceptance of a preliminary, non-guaranteed reservation* by the resort. -
The center provides prices in PLN; prices include VAT in the amount in accordance with applicable regulations.

Confirmation of the reservation of a stay at the Center is the payment of a deposit by the reserving party to the account of the Center. The amount of the deposit, corresponding to the value of the entire order, is provided in the offer sent to the e-mail address of the person booking. The deposit may not be lower than 50% of the reservation value.

The resort will set a deadline by which the customer is obliged to pay the deposit to the account in order to book the stay. If the deposit is not credited to the Center's account by the specified date, the reservation is treated as null and void. In the transfer title, the Customer is obliged to provide: date of stay and reservation number. The date of payment of the deposit is the date of posting the transfer or the date of receipt of cash at the cash register.

The resort will confirm receipt of the payment in accordance with applicable regulations and, at the customer's request, will issue a VAT invoice for the data provided in the reservation inquiry.

From the date the deposit is credited to the account, the reservation becomes an order and has the status of a guaranteed reservation**. The specified date of stay and ordered services is binding for both parties, i.e. the Center and the Client.

The remaining amount for the stay should be paid to the Center's account on the day of arrival or after telephone contact at the Reception desk at ul. Żeglarzy 7 in Krynica Morska. The payment of 100% of the price for the stay constitutes the conclusion of an agreement between the client and the resort for the stay according to the order.
*Preliminary reservation - not guaranteed - this is a reservation that the Resort will keep in its resources no longer than until an inquiry about this offer (as to the date, resource or period) is made by another Customer who decides to make a deposit payment to the account.
** Guaranteed reservation - services ordered and paid for by the customer will be ready for his/her arrival on the date and scope specified in the reservation. The guest may start their stay at any time on the first hotel day of the pre-paid date. In case of no-show during the first hotel day, the hotel will not be bound by the reservation and will retain the deposit paid.
III. CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF RESERVATION DATE CONDITIONS

The customer may cancel the reservation at any time.

Cancellation of a reservation must be made in writing to be null and void.

Cancellation of the reservation by the Customer after payment of the deposit, guaranteed reservation:
– in case of cancellation of a guaranteed reservation 14 or more days before the planned start date of the stay – the Resort will refund the total amount of the deposit
– in case of cancellation of the “NON-REFUNDABLE OFFER” reservation and a guaranteed reservation made less than 14 days before the date of planned arrival and start of stay – the money paid is not refundable = The center will retain the deposit paid.

Changing the reservation date referred to in point 4 - depends each time on the individual assessment of the situation by the Center and the possibility of making changes. The Center reserves that changing the date of stay cannot expose it to losses, and the client's request to change the date of stay does not bind the Center in any way.

If the client shortens the stay, the Center does not refund the costs of unilateral withdrawal from the concluded contract.

Cancellation of a reservation made via booking.com takes place on the terms specified on the intermediary's website.

Disputes between the client and the resort will be resolved by the court competent for the hotel's registered office.
IV. CONDITIONS OF THE STAY

The hotel day lasts from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Any early check-in or late check-out is possible after prior arrangement with the receptionist.

Self check-in is possible from 16:00 24 hours a day. On arrival, the keys will be left in a private locker located next to the entrance door to the room. An SMS with the locker code will be sent on the day of arrival.

A request to extend your stay must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your stay. The wish will be fulfilled to the extent possible.

Pets are allowed only after reporting this fact and receiving consent when booking. There is an additional fee of PLN 20/day/pet for the stay of a dog or cat. Animal owners are obliged to clean up waste after their animals. They should always be under the owner's supervision while on the premises. The owners of the animal bear full financial and compensation liability.

Everyone staying at the Center is obliged to keep their place of rest tidy and store any waste in a designated place.

The Center is not financially responsible for items left unattended on the premises of the Center.

Any defects arising during the use of the room should be reported to the Center's administration on an ongoing basis.

Smoking is prohibited in rooms, cottages and terraces. Smoking is allowed at the tables located in the patio (near the entrance doors to the rooms) and at marked places next to the reception desk.

Guests of the Center bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices caused by them or their visitors.

Night silence is observed at the Center from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Persons using the Center's services are obliged to behave in such a way as not to disturb other guests.

In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Center may refuse to further provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Center's requests, in particular to pay for any damage and destruction caused, and to leave the Center's premises.
V. US ADDITIONAL LINES
At the guest's request, the Center provides the following services free of charge:
- children under 13 years of age can use the playground and the playroom intended for them under the supervision of adults
- providing children's accessories, i.e. bathtubs, feeding chairs, platforms, toilet seat covers, bottle warmers
- providing a hairdryer, iron and vacuum cleaner within the limits of availability
- rental of tourist bikes, balance bikes, scooters
- storing guests' luggage for a period no longer than 8 hours after the end of the last hotel day
- using an unguarded parking lot
Moreover, the Center can provide additional services to guests. Additional services are billed on the basis of a separate price list, available on the Center's website and at the reception desk. By submitting a request to use an additionally paid service, the Guest agrees to the financial terms of its provision. The scope of additional services is as follows:

VI. COMPLAINT
1. During the stay, the client will direct all comments and reservations directly to the reception of the Center.
2. If a complaint submitted orally during the stay does not produce the desired effect, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint in writing to the following address:

3. The complaint will be considered within 7 days from the date of receipt of the letter and the customer will receive written information on how to resolve it.
4. The parties undertake to resolve the dispute amicably until this option has been exhausted.
5. In other cases, appropriate legal provisions apply.
VII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION GDPR
Pursuant to Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119). I inform that:
1) The administrator of the client's personal data is the Atrium Krzysztof Waśniewski Recreation Center. The Center undertakes to process its Clients' data as part of activities related to the implementation of the Agreement and to protect them against access, use, deletion or disclosure to third parties, as well as to process the entrusted data in a manner consistent with applicable applicable law in a manner that guarantees confidentiality and data security. personal data.
2) The customer's personal data will be processed for the purpose of using hotel services - pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract.
3) The customer consents to the processing of his or her personal data, such as: name and surname, residential address, ID card details, contact telephone number, e-mail address and, possibly, business activity data necessary to issue an invoice, in order to: sign a rental agreement, i.e. make a reservation and check-in at the facility, issuing and storing invoices.
4) The recipients of the Customer's personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and entities participating in the provision of services.
5) The customer consents to the transfer of his personal data to the facility's reception staff for the proper operation of our services that you use.
6) The client consents to the transfer of his data to the Centre's accounting.
7) the Customer's personal data will be stored for a period of 10 years.
8) The customer has the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing and the right to transfer data.
9) The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
10) Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to provide the service/contract.
VIII. PRIVACY POLICY
By using our services, you entrust us with your data. The privacy policy serves to help you understand what data we collect and for what purposes and what we use it for. This information is important, so please read it carefully.
Who is the data controller?
The administrator of your personal data is Atrium Recreation Center. To maintain the security of personal data processed by the company, we ensure strict compliance with applicable laws regarding user privacy and the protection of their personal data. We provide guarantees for the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing meets the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "GDPR) and protected the rights of data subjects.
What data do we process?
We process data that you provide or leave as part of the use of the Agreement. The collected personal data includes all information provided both in the concluded contract and at further stages of the contract, including in particular: name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number, PESEL number, NIP number, ID card number.

What are the purposes and legal basis for the processing of your personal data and for what period will it be processed?
The legal basis for processing your data for specific purposes is as follows:
Execution of the contract between the Administrator and the user (these contracts are usually regulations that the User accepts before using a given Service), including the provision of Services to Users, including adapting the Services to the Users' needs, analyzing and improving the Services and ensuring the security of the Services ( hereinafter referred to as "performance of Services")

What are your rights related to the processing of personal data?
You have the following rights in connection with our processing of your personal data:
- the right to access your data, including obtaining a copy of the data,
- the right to request rectification of data,
- the right to delete data (in certain situations),
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data,
- the right to restrict data processing.
If your data is processed on the basis of consent, you can additionally exercise the following rights:
- the right to withdraw consent to the extent that they are processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
If your data is processed on the basis of consent or as part of the service provided (data is necessary to provide the service), you can additionally exercise the following rights:
- the right to transfer personal data, i.e. to receive your personal data from the administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can send this data to another data controller. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the Administrator. Personal data will be deleted within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification.
